It has been brought to my attention that because I respectfully declined the Georgia Right to Life certification/endorsement, that some have questioned my pro-life stance. While I appreciate the work Georgia Right to Life has done in the advocacy of the unborn, I find some of their messaging polarizing.
An organization does not deem a candidate “pro-life,” one’s character, faith and values are the determining factors.
I am pro-life.
I agree, especially in these desperate times. I’m pro-life, but I wouldn’t run on it with all the issues there are now. I’m just not into the social issues like I used to be. I want to stand with all conservatives that want to save our country from financial ruin, and government take over of our lives.
I liked the fact that Liz, although pro life did not take the endorsement. This is one issue I believe belongs strictly to the family and those directly affected and has no place in law or government. I am also pro life, but my neighbor’s backyard is his and not mine.
I too believe the same way. How can they determine my prolife-ness? I have worked with prolife for almost 20 years and seen many people endorsed that believed rape and incest was reasonable and others who believed embryonic was deserving financial support. Personally, I believe all life needs protected.
